NEWS IN BRIEFBABY BARRED FROM FILMA cinema-loving couple and their 11-week-old baby were kicked out of a film with adults only because staff feared that if the baby woke up she would be watching the film under-age. Katherine Edmonds, Mahoud El-Kurdi and baby Sara were asked to leave the Warner Bros complex in Newcastle because of fears that she was too young to watch 'Air Force One'. Mum Katherine said: "Babies of that age cannot focus, and can't understand what's going on." A Warner Bros spokesman said the cinema manager had no choice because managers can lose their licence for letting in anyone under-age. |
