LABR-ADOREWhen black labrador Cassie gave birth to a litter of pups, her owner Marilyn Melville was shocked to see that one of them was white! The Kennel Club has described the likelihood of two black labradors producing a white pup as ‘extremely rare’. Marilyn, from Birmingham, has named the pup Moses and says that he looked more like a hamster than a dog when he was born. Looking after him is hard work as Cassie has rejected him. Marilyn hopes that Moses’ real mum will soon take care of him. ”She is starting to clean him," explains Marilyn. “He is my small miracle. There’s no way I would part with him.” |
