The tiger turns Green   I wrote recently about the problems of recycling plastic. But where there's a will there is always a way and Esso deserve "Greenie points" for pioneering a new line. About 25 per cent of the plastic in their five- litre packs of motor oil has   been used before.     Most recycled plastic is, in fact, the scraps and off-cuts from manufacturing being put through the system again. But Esso are taking used containers, cleaning and shredding them, and feeding the raw material back in.
