Classical problem Dear Jo,     This may sound a bit stupid. But today my mum told me that if I didn't listen to classical music she'd ban me listening to pop music. Yours, Diana         Listening to classical music is very much an 'in' thing these days so if you join in, then you're being quite trendy. Give it a try for a week or so. Whenever you want to put on pop, put on something classical instead - when you are reading a book, getting dressed, helping with the dishes etc. Don't feel you have to sit down and make heavy going of the music. Just let it be there - enjoy its sounds and textures. Before you know it, you'll be enjoying classical as much as pop.     Then perhaps mum can try listening to your music.
