Bringing down
the house
I had the lead in our
school’s musical. For
one of the dance
routines I had to leap
from the top step of the
stage to the second
step. It wasn’t that
hard, considering I
practiced it about 3.000
times. On the opening
night, I guess I was
nervous because I
forgot where to put my
feet. I missed the step
and tumbled down the
entire staircase! I was
taken to the hospital,
and the play was closed
