| legal action intended to force | |
| changes in the law because it | |
| does not give specific protection | |
| against size discrimination. Helen | |
| Jackson, a barrister representing | |
| more than 40 people seeking | |
| redress for "size-ism | |
| said last week: "The law needs | |
| urgent revision to make it an | |
| offence." | |
